Audrey Acquisti, President/CEO of MSource Training & Consulting
Audrey Acquisti has worked in the residential mortgage and real estate industries since 1986. During this time she has worked as a Real Estate Agent, Loan Officer, Wholesale Account Executive, VP; Regional Wholesale Manager and Vice President; National Wholesale. Over the years, she has been involved in sales, operations, compliance, underwriting and funding.

Audrey was an active member of the Michigan Mortgage Brokers Association, serving on the Board of Directors in 1995, 1996 and again in 2006 and 2007. In 2008 Audrey served as the President of the Michigan Mortgage Brokers Association.  Audrey is currently an active member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and serves as Eduction Consultant for the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association.

Audrey is a National Trainer with the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.  She has written articles appearing in the Mortgage Press and Mortgage Originator Magazine.  Audrey has also been quoted in numerous publications including The Detroit News, Detroit Free Press, and USA Today.

Roger Fendelman, Attorney at Garris Horn
Roger Fendelman is s a founding member of the law firm Garris Horn and is president of national mortgage compliance services provider Firstline Compliance. He is a veteran regulatory compliance expert and mortgage technology pioneer, providing expert guidance to mortgage lenders and technology vendors for over 20 years.

Roger counsels mortgage originators and technology providers on a variety of compliance matters including BCFP rulemaking, TILA, HOEPA, QM, RESPA, HMDA, fair lending, state consumer protection laws, compliance management systems and information security. In addition, Roger produces Compliance Insiders, a weekly podcast series dedicated to mortgage compliance issues.

Roger previously served as operations counsel for First American Mortgage Solutions and as the executive compliance leader of Interthinx. He was the creative force and legal mind behind PredProtect, a cloud-based mortgage regulatory solution. Under Roger’s leadership, PredProtect (which earned a 2014 HousingWire Compliance All-Star award) became an industry standard for compliance, processing one million loans each year for 250 banks, lenders and investors. Prior to Interthinx, Roger served in compliance and operational roles at Nexstar and CitiMortgage.

Recognized for his expertise in mortgage regulatory compliance and technology, Roger is a regular panelist at industry conferences, has led countless industry seminars and has authored dozens of articles. He’s an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, serving on the MBA’s Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance and QC/Fraud committees, and previously contributed as an MBA School of Mortgage Banking real property law trainer.

Melissa Kozicki, Director of Compliance at Mortgage Builder Software

Melissa has 20+ years in the mortgage banking industry in both wholesale and retail with special focus on operations and compliance.  She also has extensive experience in auditing, quality control, and federal compliance with more than eight years of software development and testing experience.

Melissa is a member of the MMLA, serving on its Education Committee.  She is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and is a frequent panelist and speaker on compliance and TRID related meetings.
