Tim Scholten - Bio

Tim is a veteran banker with over 33 years in regional banking in Sr. Leadership for FMB in Holland Michigan and Huntington Bank.  Tim has experiences in operations, sales and technology positioned him to build successful teams across both institutions that became know country wide for their excellence in service and in results. 

In 2008 Tim started Visible Progress to help banks, brokers, teams, and individuals overcome their performance barriers in Operations, Technology and Sales.  In 2008 through 2010 Tim helped in the turn around at Northpointe Bank, who is now one of the leading community banks in the Mortgage Industry.

Tim works within organizations to help define the right strategy streamline the business operations, implement leading technology, and build a world-class sales culture.  He also coaches executives to help them build career and business unit success. 

He currently services hundreds of clients all over the US, from coast to coast.  He has written a best selling book called Focus5 Advantage and developed a Software App to help his clients and coaching clients improve their FOCUS on execution.

He currently resides in Columbus Ohio.
